Study of sm2co17 binary composite bonded permanent magnets 17二元復(fù)合粘結(jié)永磁材料的研究
Work is focused on understanding the macroscopic properties in terms of microscopic mechanisms, in the novel binary composite with different geometric ( shape and size ), electrical and magnetic particles 顆粒的復(fù)合材料。我們重點研究了這兩類不同幾何形狀和大小、自旋極化和導(dǎo)電性能相差甚遠(yuǎn)的兩相復(fù)合材料的磁輸運(yùn)性質(zhì)。
The br ( bh ) max of the binary composite bonded magnets and its single component obey the law of dilution . the interaction between magnetic particles is stronger when smco is compounded with other three permanent magnetic materials 復(fù)合粘結(jié)永磁材料的br、(bh)max與單個永磁材料的性能呈簡單的稀釋規(guī)律;smco和其它三種永磁材料復(fù)合時,磁粉之間的相互作用較強(qiáng)。
The reversible temperature coefficient of magnetic flux of ndfeb-ferrite composite bonded magnets as a function of the content of ferrite is concave downwards, and that of ainico-ferrite magnets as a function of the content of ferrite is convex upwards, the reversible temperature coefficient of magnetic flux of the other four binary composite bonded magnets and its single component follow the pattern of linear relationship 釹鐵硼和鐵氧體復(fù)合粘結(jié)磁體的磁通可逆溫度系數(shù)與鐵氧體含量的關(guān)系曲線下凹,鋁鎳鈷和鐵氧體復(fù)合粘結(jié)磁體的磁通可逆溫度系數(shù)和鐵氧體含量的關(guān)系曲線上凸,其余四組復(fù)合粘結(jié)磁體的溫度系數(shù)隨著單一磁粉含量變化基本呈直線關(guān)系。
In this thesis, through the technique's of compressing molding, the processing parameter and the mixture ratio of magnetic powder on magnetic properties of four kinds of binary composite bonded magnets ( ndfeb alnico ferrite smco ) were studied . the experiment results were analyzed by the method of polynomial fit . the following major achievements were attained 本文采用模壓成型工藝對常見的四大永磁材料??釹鐵硼、鋁鎳鈷、鐵氧體、釤鈷進(jìn)行了兩兩復(fù)合粘結(jié),研究了工藝參數(shù)及磁粉配比對磁性能和溫度系數(shù)的影響,并通過計算機(jī)軟件進(jìn)行擬合分析,得到了如下主要結(jié)果。
